the submitted content across digital and media platforms.
5.3 Warranties
You confirm that:
- You have the legal right to submit the content.
- The content does not infringe on third-party rights.
- The content is not defamatory, unlawful, or misleading.
- Proper consent has been obtained where required (including cultural/community consent where relevant).
5.4 Cultural Sensitivity
Kisa reserves the right to:
- Edit for clarity, formatting, and accuracy.
- Decline submissions that misrepresent cultural traditions.
- Remove content that violates ethical or cultural standards.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Kisa Content
All content created by Kisa (including branding, logos, editorial content, design, and platform structure) is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce
- Redistribute
- Modify
- Commercially exploit
Kisa-owned content without written permission.
6.2 User Content
User-submitted content remains the property of the creator, subject to the license granted above.
